The objective of Shine is to facilitate the growth of new unicorns in The Netherlans by creating meaningful connections and enabling peer learning to tackle burning scaling challenges.
The Shine programme brings together high level scaleup founders for formatted peer-to-peer dialogues on hard business challenges in a trusted environment under non-disclosure.
The dialogues are moderated by seasoned entrepreneurs or industry experts. We may invite leading (inter)national entrepreneurs and experts to share their insights.
We end the sessions with an intimate dinner to foster more social connections amongst the participants. Meetings are currently hosted at one of the participants' offices or homes.

For whom is Shine
Pre-Exit Dutch Tech Companies (HQ in NL | Registered in KVK | Dutch (Co-) Founder able to commit to joining at least 3 sessions per year)
More than 30% FTE are in a Tech role.
>150M EUR in valuation and/or 75M+ raised
>100 in FTE
International operations in at least 2 countries
3 years @ 40%+ growth
Must be a Founder and or CEO who wants to participate and learn from each other
